1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "Member") and 277 pub ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the 277 pub website located at 277pub.org and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Service").

By registering an account, accessing the 277 pub platform, or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

277 pub reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements will be immediately suspended and any balances may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money games and features on 277 pub, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

1. One account per person: Each individual may hold only one 277 pub account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
2. Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Providing false or misleading information, including false date of birth, is a material breach of these Terms.
3. Identity verification (KYC): 277 pub is required to verify the identity of its members. 4. Account ownership: Your 277 pub account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 277 pub login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. The following obligations apply:

1. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
2. You must not allow any other person to access or use your 277 pub account.
3. You must use a strong, unique password for your 277 pub account and update it regularly.
4. You must notify 277 pub support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or a security breach.
5. 277 pub will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

277 pub recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for enhanced security. This feature is available in your account security settings after logging in.

5. Deposits & Payments

277 pub accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine residents:

• GCash
• PayMaya / Maya
• Bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank)
• Debit card

The following payment methods are not accepted at 277 pub: cryptocurrency of any kind, and credit card deposits for gambling purposes (in compliance with Philippine regulations prohibiting credit card funding of gambling accounts).

All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. Deposits are generally credited to your 277 pub account immediately upon confirmation by the payment provider. 277 pub is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

277 pub reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on deposits and to refuse or reverse deposits that are suspected to be fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.

6. Withdrawals

1. KYC requirement: Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. 277 pub may request additional documentation at any time as part of its ongoing compliance obligations.
2. Withdrawal method: Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to the capabilities of the payment provider.
3. Processing times: 277 pub aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the Help section of the platform. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any additional verification requirements.
4. Minimum withdrawal: A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is published in the platform's Help section. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
5. Bonus funds: Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 7 for details.
6. Right to withhold: 277 pub reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

277 pub offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible members. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

1. Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as playthrough requirements) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is specified in the terms of each individual promotion.
2. Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible members only. 277 pub reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Bonuses may not be available to members who have previously self-excluded or who are subject to account restrictions.
3. One bonus at a time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at a time. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.
4. Abuse: 277 pub reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend accounts, where bonus abuse is suspected. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinated play designed to exploit bonus terms, and any other conduct that 277 pub determines to be contrary to the spirit of its promotional offers.
5. Expiry: Bonuses and free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from your account.
6. Changes: 277 pub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

8. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 277 pub platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, are conducted by trained dealers in professional studio environments. The following terms apply to gameplay:

1. Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG software or live dealer procedures and are not influenced by 277 pub or any third party.
2. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, 277 pub reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account.
3. Players must not use any software, tool, or method designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform, including but not limited to bots, automated betting scripts, or exploits.
4. 277 pub reserves the right to void bets and winnings where it determines that a game error, software malfunction, or human error has resulted in an incorrect outcome.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 277 pub platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

10. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revoc able licence to access and use the 277 pub platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 277 pub platform without the prior written consent of 277 pub.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 277 pub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

277 pub's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 277 pub account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

277 pub does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

12. Responsible Gaming

277 pub is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential harms associated with gambling. The following tools and policies are in place for all members:

1. Deposit limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.

3. Session time limits: Members may set session time reminders and hard limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

277 pub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Conduct that 277 pub determines to be harmful to the platform, other players, or the integrity of games
• Request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency

Upon termination of your account for cause, 277 pub reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where permitted by applicable law and regulation, any real-money balances associated with prohibited conduct. Real-money balances not associated with prohibited conduct will be returned to you via your registered payment method following the completion of any applicable investigation.

You may close your 277 pub account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to closure.

14. Amendments to These Terms

277 pub reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 277 pub will notify registered members via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the 277 pub Service following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Service and may close your account in accordance with Section 13.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and 277 pub, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall limit 277 pub's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
